Notice:

• We suggest you buy the dual air pomp in order to inflate fast and easily the balloons.
• First inflate all the balloons in different sizes (do not over inflate the balloons, you need to keep a round shape for the latex, concerning the foil balloons do not over inflate because they will pop)
• Once all the balloons are inflated with air, then you attach them on the balloon tape. The candy canes you will stick them on the latex balloons since your garland is complete with the latex balloons.
• Finally your garland is ready to be hanged.
