SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

A- Products.
The products will be shipped to you at the adress you have selected during checkout.

Our company collaborates with 2 different courier companies, the client will choose the one that he prefers.

Couriers delivery fees ACS.
Shipping cost to Attica is € 1.99.
Shipping cost outside of Attica is € 1.99.

For not easily accessible areas the price is € 4,99 and the delivery time might take up to 5
business days.

Couriers delivery fees Speedex.
Shipping cost to Attica is € 3.99.
Shipping cost outside of Attica is € 3.99.

For not easily accessible areas the price is € 5,99 and the delivery time might take up to 5
business days

Shipping cost to Cyprus € 11.50.

Shipping costs are detailed in the final stage of your order.

Order is shipped within 3 business days (upon completion).

For Cyprus the order is shipped
within 7 to 10 business days.

Attention: Our company works with 2 different courier companies in order for you to select the
one that serves you better.

The delivery times have been set by the courier companies themselves, our company does not
have any responsibility regarding possible delays.

We can guarantee you the immediate execution of the order. In the rare scenario that ones
order is delayed we notify him as soon as possible via email or phone.

Note:
The delivery costs begin from € 1.99 for all Greece and is about the packages reaching up to 3
kilos (the weight is either calculated with the real weight of the package or with titration. The
bigger one always prevails the other).

In case the weight exceeds 3 kilos, because of a certain product that either is heavier or larger,
the shipping costs are adjusted automatically in the order of the client.

Our company has the right of independent modification of the shipping costs even after the
completion of the order by the client.

If the weight happens to exceed the 3 kilos as mentioned before, the client is notified for the new
shipping expenses and once he agrees his order gets shipped.

Once you have completed your order, which means that the package has left our storage
facilities, you will receive an email following your order that states that your order has been
completed.
Our Business days are from Monday until Friday.

In areas where your order cannot be shipped via courier services, the shipping time is set by
Hellenic Post. Shipments will take place daily except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Note: Anyone transferring funds via e-banking from a different bank should be aware that the
payment of your order amount may appear in our account up to 3 days later. In this case the
delivery time starts once the money has appeared to our account.

B- Balloon Bouquets/Compositions - Balloons inflated with helium.
Attention, balloon bouquets and balloons with helium are only delivered within South suburbs of
Attica.
Delivery costs for balloon bouquets and helium inflated balloons depend from the distance the
driver has to cover (1.50 EUR / km) with a minimum charge of 5.80 EUR.
The cost and distance are calculated from the location of the store to the address you placed
your order.
In order to deliver inflated balloons to your address, you must have completed your order at one
of our physical stores.
